Terms & Conditions – Jackson Court Mother’s Day Giveaway

1. Promoter
   The promoter of this competition is Jackson Court.
2. Competition Period
   The Jackson Court Mother’s Day Giveaway commences on 22 April 2025 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on Friday 8 May 2025.
3. Eligibility
   Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over. Employees, retailers and immediate family members associated with Jackson Court are ineligible to enter.
4. How to Enter
   To enter the competition, participants must during the competition period:

• Follow the Jackson Court Instagram page;
• Like the competition post; and
• Tag a mum or another person in the comments who deserves to be spoiled.

Each tagged comment counts as one (1) entry. Multiple entries are permitted provided each entry tags a different person.

Bonus entries may be awarded to participants who share a photo of their shopping experience at Jackson Court and tag the Jackson Court Instagram account.

1. Prize Details
   There will be 3 prize winners. Prizes include contributions from participating Jackson Court businesses, including but not limited to:

• SIXTWO Pilates single class and grip socks;
• Royal Stacks vouchers;
• Doncaster East Denture and Mouthguard Clinic teeth whitening kit;
• Flawless Beauty and Skincare Clinic treatment voucher;
• MS Jackson dining voucher;
• Colorista Hair and Beauty shampoo and blow wave package;
• Meno Zero voucher;
• Zero95 voucher;
• KX Pilates class pack;
• Roy A McDonald Accountants consultation; and
• Frogurt gift cards.

Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.

1. Winner Selection
   Winner(s) will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the competition period.
2. Winner Notification
   Winner(s) will be contacted via Instagram direct message and/or announced on the Jackson Court Instagram page shortly after the competition closes.

If a winner does not respond within 72 hours, Jackson Court reserves the right to redraw the prize.

1. Use of Entries
   By entering the competition, participants grant Jackson Court permission to repost, share or publish submitted content, including tagged photos, for promotional purposes across social media and marketing channels.
2. General Conditions
   Jackson Court reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or submits an entry not in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
3. Liability
   To the extent permitted by law, Jackson Court is not responsible for any loss, damage or injury suffered in connection with the competition or acceptance/use of any prize.
